Office of the Legal Services Commissioner (OLSC) Registration

The User hereby warrants that the information provided for the purposes of such registration is complete and accurate.

The User shall ensure that such information is kept up to date and is accessible only to the registered User.

Upon registering for an OLSC Portal account, the User will receive an account designation that enables access.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the User, and not the OLSC is responsible for the User's account and all activities occurring in connection with the use of that account, whether or not the User authorises such activities.

The OLSC is not liable for any outcome following the use of a User account.

Confidentiality of OLSC Portal account information

The User affirms that all information the User receives about complainants, legal practitioners, and other persons on this site is confidential and must not be disclosed other than in accordance with section 723 of the Legal Profession Act 2004.
